325g strong white bread flour
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp castor sugar
1 packet of fast acting yeast (7g)
1/2 tsp sunflower oil
100g of creamed tomatoes/tomato passata/ pizza sauce
300g cheese (cheddar or mozzarella etc)
selection of toppings of your choice (any raw meats must be cooked prior to the lesson)
large container to take pizza's home
foil to wrap pizza
